Depending on location and within the scope of delegated authority, a Driver at this level may perform the following duties:
Safely operates vehicles for the transportation of authorized personnel, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations throughout each journey.
Responsibilities include collecting and delivering mail, documents, and other items in a timely and efficient manner.
Greet official personnel upon arrival at the airport and assist with all necessary immigration and customs procedures as mandated.
Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on assigned vehicles, such as checking oil, coolant, battery, brakes, and tires; executing minor repairs; coordinating larger repair services; and ensuring the vehicles remain clean and in optimal condition.
Maintains accurate records of official travel, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, lubrication services, and related vehicle maintenance activities.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory and procedural protocols in the event of an incident or accident.
Assists in gathering and evaluating data while compiling and formatting presentations and reports to facilitate information dissemination, address inquiries, support knowledge management initiatives, and aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Provides support in developing visual representations and refreshing informational content, including websites and brochures.
Assumes additional responsibilities as required, including but not limited to special projects or tasks designated by management.
