Create and manage program schedules in Primavera P6 for various disciplines, including civil, structural, MEP, and architectural.
Conduct comprehensive critical path analysis, assess schedule compression strategies, and evaluate potential delays. Develop and deliver earned value management (EVM) reports, including detailed CPI and SPI tracking metrics, alongside intuitive traffic-light dashboards for performance visualization.
Conduct on-site evaluations to monitor advancement and ensure project alignment with established benchmarks. Oversee the coordination and supervision of contractors and external consultants to maintain compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables.
Administer contracts involves overseeing the execution, compliance, and management of contractual agreements throughout their lifecycle.
Perform in-depth what-if scenario analyses to assess the implications of various procurement sequences, resource allocation strategies, and logistics planning approaches.
Develop technical memoranda and concise briefing documents in accordance with internationally recognized program management standards.
Operate ERP Next to manage project controls and leverage Google Workspace for document management, incorporating AI-augmented workflows.
What We Are Looking For
A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture from a reputable Kenyan university is required. The ability to apply domain-specific knowledge is considered essential for demonstrating strong planning capabilities.
Analytical Horsepower: Prospective candidates must successfully complete comprehensive aptitude assessments that evaluate abstract reasoning, numerical analysis, and critical thinking abilities. Technical Fluency: Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency or prior experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, alongside a solid grasp of data-driven analysis and spreadsheet modeling. They should possess the ability to clearly articulate project management challenges while actively contributing to on-site construction activities by developing comprehensive Money-Ready Plans (MRPs)—including technical, cost, logistics, and quality plans. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is also expected.
