We seek additional consultants to conceptualize, refine, and execute green urban development initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation. These professionals will lead or support the development of data collection tools, oversee field activities, perform comprehensive analysis, compile reports, and facilitate organizational learning. Candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in evaluations, assessments, and research within these sectors, along with the ability to build capacity among teams. Furthermore, we require specialists who can serve as subject-matter experts for review teams, offering deep knowledge and hands-on experience in the specified fields.

Developing a diverse portfolio of studies, assessments, and mixed-method evaluations, including performance and impact assessments, is required.
We are responsible for managing the implementation of various mixed-methods evaluations, analyses, and assessments, including effect and performance evaluations.
Strong command of statistical methodologies, sampling strategies, analytical tools, and data validation processes is required to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Developing and finalizing comprehensive evaluation reports forms a core part of this position’s responsibilities. These reports must be meticulously prepared to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established standards. The incumbent will be tasked with compiling detailed analyses, documenting findings, and presenting conclusions in a structured format suitable for stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in report writing are essential for success in this role.
Proficient in executing collaborative data collection methodologies and protocols, employing systems thinking to assess evaluation frameworks, and directing sessions focused on participatory data validation and analysis.
Developing and delivering comprehensive instructional programs focused on logical frameworks and transformation theory.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supplemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in software development or a comparable technical role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Additional qualifications include expertise in database management systems, cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment are essential. Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git is required.
A relevant Master’s Degree along with a minimum of seven years of pertinent experience—or alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree coupled with at least ten years of applicable professional background—is required for this position.
Applicants must possess substantial, relevant experience, coupled with strong technical abilities and essential qualifications, such as proficiency in both written and spoken English.
