PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of Marketing Executives to drive revenue growth and deliver world-class retail service.
Conduct regular field visits with team members, offering on-the-ground support, mentorship, and feedback.
Train the team on insurance products, customer onboarding processes, and sales techniques.
Monitor and manage daily sales activities and productivity, including SME production tracking.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in all retail acquisitions.
Oversee follow-up on policy renewals and premium debt collections from both retail and SME clients under the team’s portfolio.
Plan and execute market activations and sales storms in targeted locations to generate qualified leads.
Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and enhance customer retention.
Compile and submit accurate weekly and monthly performance reports for the team.
Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time.
