Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. This position involves managing the daily internal processes of the kitchen and restaurant, as well as spearheading the sales and planning of hotel events. The ideal candidate will skillfully forecast, strategize, coordinate, lead, oversee, and assess all food and beverage operations to uphold efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Oversee and execute a diverse range of tasks encompassing both routine operations and specialized projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Responsible for maintaining meticulous records, adhering to established protocols, and fostering a collaborative work environment through effective communication and teamwork. Regularly assess workflows to identify efficiencies, mitigate risks, and implement improvements that enhance productivity and quality. Accountable for meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-caliber results across various functional areas.

Responsibilities and essential job functions encompass, but are not limited to, the following:

Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring they are conducted within established budgetary parameters while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service excellence.

Demonstrate consistently high standards in both internal and external customer service delivery.

Deliver exceptional and memorable dining experiences to guests, both within the restaurant and at the diverse events hosted at the hotel.

To drive profitability, implement rigorous cost control measures while optimizing sales and revenue streams by fostering exceptional customer satisfaction and enhancing employee engagement.

Develops, organizes, and executes comprehensive training programs to enhance staff competency and performance across the department.

Adhere to all food safety protocols, oversee the creation of high-quality menu offerings, manage the procurement of supplies, and implement ongoing enhancements to operational standards.

Proactively assess customer requirements and address all inquiries or concerns raised throughout the service delivery process.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, as is expertise in database management and software testing methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team are required. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, as well as experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, is highly desirable. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in food and beverage supervision, ideally within a three-star hotel or a higher-tier establishment, is required. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline.

Seasoned leader with a proven capacity to guide teams and allocate responsibilities strategically. Exceptional track record of handling diverse priorities while consistently attaining financial objectives.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in customer service, coupled with advanced problem-solving capabilities.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal competencies, are essential.

Enthusiastic about culinary arts and beverage culture, consistently informed about emerging industry trends and innovations.

Possession of beverage industry knowledge would be beneficial.

Demonstrates outstanding ability to organize tasks efficiently and delegate responsibilities effectively.
