Provide ground support to technicians engaged in fiber splicing operations to ensure the proper construction of splice cases, encompassing tasks such as grounding, bonding, isolation, slack storage, and sealing.
Support the splicing technician with regular maintenance tasks as required.
Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation pertaining to the network infrastructure.
Collaborate with various technical departments to deliver specialized assistance and troubleshoot network-related challenges.
Ensure site safety by identifying and removing hazards or promptly reporting any identified hazards before initiating work activities.
Ensure the tools distributed to the team remain in optimal condition by upholding strict cleanliness and safety standards.

The Assistant Splicing Technician role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in splicing operations being advantageous.
