Promptly and courteously welcome walk-in customers at the branch office, efficiently guiding them to the appropriate departments as needed.

Rearrange and sustain visually appealing product presentations throughout the branch office, maintaining impeccable cleanliness, systematic arrangement, and optimal visibility.

Oversee the daily management and coordination of branch office operations.

Oversee branch inventory by handling receipt, distribution, and monitoring of stock levels, while ensuring accurate and timely updates to inventory records.

Track inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.

Process incoming machines and equipment returned for repair on behalf of the company, then generate and issue job cards to customers accordingly.

Deliver machinery and equipment to technical staff and monitor the status of repairs as they progress.

Customers will be informed promptly upon the readiness of machinery or equipment for collection.

Before any equipment or machinery is released, verify that all associated service and maintenance fees have been settled in full.
