Prepare, execute, and present culinary creations in strict adherence to standardized menus and established recipes.
Assist with the smooth functioning of daily kitchen operations, particularly during staff shortages or periods of high demand.
Maintain uniform standards in the preparation and presentation of both Chinese and Kenyan/local culinary offerings.
Provide support in food preparation, portioning, and plating duties as assigned.

Receive and execute directives from the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor as directed.
Strive to reduce food wastage while actively contributing to cost-control measures.
Ensure all meals are prepared and served promptly during designated service times.
Developed with precision, this role seeks a seasoned professional equipped with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a relevant field. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is essential, while additional certifications or advanced qualifications are highly valued. Proficiency in industry-standard software, tools, or methodologies is mandatory, alongside strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required to articulate complex concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across teams. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering measurable results and adhering to strict compliance or quality standards.
Demonstrated expertise in culinary roles, including Chef or Cook positions, within high-volume kitchen settings, is essential.
