ABOUT THE ROLE

You will play a key role in crafting and delivering an outstanding 21st Century learning experience for our students, fostering an environment where curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking thrive. You will also:

Create a nurturing and protected setting where children can confidently thrive.

Design and implement daily activities for children in alignment with established curriculum guidelines, instructional frameworks, and lesson plans, ensuring a structured and engaging learning experience.

Collaborating with the Curriculum Development Manager, you will design, evaluate, and revise schemes of work and lesson plans to ensure alignment with the school curriculum.

When tasked with the need, assessments are to be developed for specific subject areas or topics.

Deliver an array of educational materials and interactive resources to facilitate children’s exploration, hands-on learning, and imaginative play.

Instruct students on proper usage and maintenance of equipment and materials to ensure safety and prevent potential damage or injury.

Organize and facilitate a variety of engaging activities aimed at fostering holistic development—including physical, cognitive, and social growth—such as interactive games, creative arts and crafts, music sessions, and captivating storytelling experiences.

Prepare indoor and outdoor environments, including classrooms and other spaces, by organizing materials to ensure they are conducive to creative play, learning, and the development of motor skills while prioritizing safety.

Monitor and assess each child’s development, submitting comprehensive written evaluations to the Principal, other school administrators, and parents.

Maintain detailed records and compile reports that track and document the children’s developmental milestones and progress.

Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to each student’s unique requirements and preferences, delivering instruction both individually and in group settings.

Greet incoming students warmly, assist them with removing their outerwear, and guide them toward engaging activities tailored to their interests.

Develop and implement clear guidelines for student conduct, as well as comprehensive policies and protocols to ensure a structured and orderly learning environment.

Plan and oversee class projects, field trips, guest visits, and other hands-on learning initiatives, providing direction to students throughout these experiential activities to enhance their educational growth.

Participate actively in professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops to continuously enhance and uphold professional competence.

Provide support during bus boarding and boarding procedures to ensure safe and efficient passenger transitions.

Perform additional responsibilities as directed by your Manager at their discretion.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of three years’ hands-on experience in project management or a related discipline
• Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management principles
• Commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices

You must possess a valid TSC certificate to qualify for this position. Additionally, a minimum of three years of relevant teaching experience is required, preferably in a primary or secondary school setting. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Proficiency in curriculum development and classroom management is also necessary to ensure effective lesson delivery and student engagement. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies is an added advantage.
