Monday through Friday, the position requires availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

What you’ll do

Develop and refine Laser fiche workflows, electronic forms (forms), and operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Automate processes related to tasks, routing protocols, and approval workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Integrate systems by leveraging SQL, APIs, and custom scripts to ensure seamless interoperability and functionality across platforms.

Configure metadata frameworks, establish access controls, and define document architectures to ensure optimal organization and compliance.

Proactively identify and resolve technical issues while enhancing current system solutions to elevate overall performance and reliability.

What you need

Professionals with at least two years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or managing workflows and electronic forms systems—such as Laser fiche, DocuSign, or Adobe—are encouraged to apply.

With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience utilizing Laser fiche, including its Workflow, Forms, and Admin Console components, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in these key areas.

Proficiency in SQL is required, along with strong capabilities in data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of datasets.

Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative, effective solutions efficiently. Exceptional capacity to identify challenges, assess varied approaches, and implement strategic resolutions that align with organizational goals. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting under pressure while maintaining a methodical and analytical mindset.

Proficient fluency in English is essential to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively in a professional setting.

Nice to have

Proficiency in C, JavaScript, or an equivalent Software Development Kit is required.

Experience in administering and managing Entra ID and IIS platforms is required.

Earning the LCP credential validates expertise in leading change initiatives, demonstrating proficiency in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in project management or organizational development, along with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Proficiency in change management frameworks, such as ADK AR or Potter’s 8-Step Model, is essential, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. The certification process includes a comprehensive exam and a practical assessment to evaluate real-world application of change leadership principles.
