Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience. This position involves managing daily internal workflows in the kitchen and restaurant, as well as spearheading the sales and planning of hotel events. The ideal candidate will adeptly forecast, strategize, coordinate, lead, and assess all F&B operations to uphold efficiency, maintain high standards, and drive profitability.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Serve as a key contributor to cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align projects with organizational objectives while ensuring strict adherence to established policies and procedures. Conduct thorough evaluations of workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and analyses to communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership. Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement through leadership, mentorship, and clear performance expectations.

Responsibilities and core job functions encompass, but are not limited to, the following:

Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring strict adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining exceptional standards and quality in day-to-day functions.

Maintain consistently high standards of customer service for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Deliver exceptional, memorable dining experiences for guests both within the restaurant and across the diverse range of events hosted at the hotel.

To drive profitability for the restaurant, implement cost-control measures and optimize revenue streams by enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering employee engagement.

Develops, organizes, and executes comprehensive training programs to ensure department staff are adequately prepared for their roles.

Ensure adherence to food safety standards, oversee innovative menu designs, manage the procurement of supplies, and implement ongoing enhancements as needed.

Anticipate and address customer needs promptly, ensuring all concerns arising throughout the service delivery process are proactively resolved.

We are seeking candidates who possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in data analysis and project management is essential, while experience in [industry/field, if applicable] is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced environments, a commitment to continuous learning, and a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. Seeking a candidate with at least three years of hands-on experience in food and beverage management, ideally in a leadership role at a high-end establishment such as a three-star hotel or better. A diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a comparable discipline is required.

Proven capability to lead teams and distribute responsibilities efficiently. Skilled in overseeing diverse projects while consistently achieving financial objectives.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in customer service, coupled with advanced problem-solving capabilities, ensuring efficient resolution of client inquiries and challenges.

Exceptional proficiency in communication and interpersonal interactions is essential.

Demonstrates a strong enthusiasm for the food and beverage sector, coupled with a deep understanding of current industry trends.

Proficiency in beverage-related fields represents an additional asset.

Outstanding ability to organize tasks efficiently and delegate responsibilities effectively.
