We are looking for a Commercial Admin Supervisor to manage administrative, facilities, inventory, and operational support functions across all branches and Logistics Centers (LCs). This position will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, adherence to company policies, efficient facilities’ management, and the timely delivery of operational resources to meet business objectives.

Commercial Admin Operations oversees the administrative functions that support commercial activities, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This role involves managing documentation, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate efficient business operations. Additionally, it requires liaising with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to resolve inquiries and streamline workflows. Ensure that all branches and logistic centers receive a sufficient supply of operational consumables and materials essential for daily operations.

Ensure monthly procurement and distribution of operational consumables while keeping the consumables’ tracker current.

Execute monthly administrative surveys and disseminate the resulting insights to pertinent stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Administer travel allowances for Regional Sales Representatives and Relief staff to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of eligible expenses incurred during business travel.

Oversee the procurement and prompt renewal of licenses for all branches and Logistic Centers to ensure uninterrupted compliance and operational continuity.

Coordinate and manage Food Handlers’ Certificates for all employees at both branch locations and the Logistic Centre.

Assist the Fleet team with securing all necessary permits and licenses.

Ensure strict adherence to PPE and uniform regulations for all commercial staff members.

The Facilities & Maintenance team plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of our facilities. This position involves conducting routine inspections, performing repairs, and maintaining systems to meet safety and operational standards.
