Oversee and execute a comprehensive array of duties encompassing project management, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives, monitor progress against established benchmarks, and deliver consistent results through meticulous planning and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline workflows, and optimize efficiency while maintaining adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Facilitate the strategic development and execution of monthly marketing campaigns spanning both digital and offline platforms, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines throughout the process.

Assist in the creation of engaging content tailored for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.

Provide support in transforming innovative concepts into fully realized projects, guiding them seamlessly from initial brainstorming through to final execution.

Analyze market trends, monitor competitor actions, and evaluate audience preferences to refine and enhance our campaign strategies.

Provide support in organizing and executing photo and video production sessions for brand and product campaigns, ensuring seamless on-site assistance throughout the process.

Examine social media and digital performance metrics to extract actionable insights that enhance our effectiveness.

Collaborate with the sales team to synchronize marketing initiatives with commercial strategies, ensuring cohesive and effective alignment between the two departments.

Assist in managing content calendars, marketing databases, and campaign trackers to ensure efficient organization and tracking of marketing efforts. This role involves overseeing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring the progress of ongoing campaigns to support strategic initiatives and improve operational effectiveness.

Monitor industry developments and innovative concepts, then introduce them to the team for consideration.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to address complex challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements is also mandatory. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
