Assist in the preparation of monthly Award and Partner review meetings, document action items arising from these sessions, and distribute them without delay.

Assist in the evaluation of potential partners and the assessment of current partners, ensuring due diligence and alignment with organizational standards.

Facilitate the drafting and finalization of partner agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are accurately documented and aligned with organizational objectives.

Assist with the facilitation of partner remuneration processes.

Assist with the preparation and execution of partner monitoring visits, ensuring thorough planning and effective implementation.

Assist in coordinating and facilitating the timely scheduling of both the initiation and completion meetings for awards, ensuring seamless collaboration with all pertinent departments throughout the planning process.

Assist in maintaining the income and funding trackers while providing the team with weekly updates on their status.

Maintain the close-out backlog tracker and conduct routine follow-ups with different teams to ensure the resolution of outstanding Sons.

Assist the Awards Assistant by maintaining the partner reporting tracker and ensuring its timely distribution, while also updating the Awards Management System (AMS) on a consistent basis.

We assist the Awards Assistant by ensuring prompt dispatch of calendar invitations for all scheduled award-related meetings.

Assist in implementing action items identified during recognition meetings and ensure they are reviewed and distributed promptly.

We assist in compiling management information from AMS and provide the team with a monthly portfolio analysis report that includes details on awards in the pipeline, active awards, awards under amendment, high-risk awards, and closed awards.

Ensure the accurate maintenance, timely updates, and precision of all audit trails for awards and sub-awards within AMS.

The role involves ensuring adherence to all regulatory and ethical standards governing donor contributions, maintaining meticulous records of all transactions, and verifying the legitimacy of funding sources.
