The Czarnikow shipping desk is responsible for processing IDF applications for every Pro forma Invoice received, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
The individual must prepare and submit C60 (EG PSP) applications to the Treasury.
We will liaise with Czarnikow to obtain the shipping schedule for all shipments associated with the relevant IDF.
The role involves coordinating with inspection bodies to obtain Conformity Certification, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met for timely issuance.
We diligently monitor the Czarnikow trading desk to ensure timely processing of sugar permits, applications, and approvals.

You will be responsible for managing the invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. Your duties will include generating and sending invoices, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
