Responsible for overseeing financial accounting operations and managing treasury functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient cash flow management. This role involves maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and optimizing liquidity while mitigating financial risks. Provides support to finance team members by reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness during the invoice reconciliation process on the ProS ave platform.

Compiles and submits Mesa payment vouchers for authorization and processing.

The incumbent assists the finance team with document management tasks, including filing and archiving, to maintain the security of financial records and facilitate efficient retrieval.

Compiles the General Ledger and Cash Offline Spreadsheets (PLACES) with meticulous attention to ensuring the precision of charge codes.

Assists in executing the monthly bank reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial records.

Processes monthly payroll statutory deductions for submission to regulatory authorities.

Compiles the General Ledger and Cash Offline Spreadsheet in preparation for entry into the financial system.

Ensure finance documents are promptly backed up within the document management system (DMS) to maintain data integrity and accessibility.

Conducts weekly single account/balance sheet account reconciliations, compiling detailed schedules for submission to the Finance Officer for review.

Compiles and processes adjusting entries and reallocation journals to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Collaborates effectively to fulfill audit-related obligations and support organizational compliance efforts.

Ensures adherence to all SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) rules and regulations in the daily performance of job responsibilities.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Uploading manual payments within Pro-Save and verifying their approval for disbursement.

Facilitate the accurate organization and storage of financial supporting documentation in compliance with established archiving protocols.
