The perfect applicant must fulfill the following criteria: –
Serve as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holding a valid and current Practicing Certificate.
Exhibit unwavering integrity and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all endeavors.
We require a minimum of five years of post-admission experience gained within a high-volume legal practice.
The successful candidate must be prepared to operate and be based in Nairobi.
A fundamental requirement for this role is proficiency in computer usage.
Demonstrate proactive behavior, strong self-motivation, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with colleagues and stakeholders.
Demonstrated capacity for collaborative work within a team environment is essential.
Exhibit exceptional organizational capabilities and thrive in high-pressure environments.
Capable of performing duties independently with minimal or no oversight.
Compensation for this position is open to discussion and will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
