Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all F&B operations while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. This position involves managing daily kitchen and restaurant workflows, as well as spearheading sales and event planning for hotel functions. The ideal candidate will accurately forecast, strategize, coordinate, lead, and assess all food and beverage activities to maintain efficiency, uphold quality standards, and maximize profitability.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and adherence to established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and efficiency. Prepare detailed reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating clear communication and alignment of objectives to optimize workflow and productivity.

Responsibilities and essential job functions encompass, among other duties, the following:

Oversee all food and beverage operations, as well as daily activities, while adhering to established budgetary constraints and maintaining the highest levels of quality and service excellence.

Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service consistently.

Craft memorable and exceptional dining experiences for guests, both within the restaurant and across the diverse array of events hosted at the hotel.

To drive profitability for the restaurant, implement strategic cost-control measures while fostering an environment of high customer satisfaction and employee engagement to boost sales and revenue.

Develops, organizes, and delivers comprehensive training programs to ensure all department staff receive consistent and effective professional development.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, oversee the creation of innovative menu concepts, manage the procurement of supplies, and implement ongoing enhancements to operations.

Anticipate and address customer needs promptly, ensuring all concerns raised throughout the service delivery process are resolved proactively.

Seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in data interpretation to enhance decision-making processes. Ideal applicants should possess excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, is essential. A minimum of [X] years of relevant experience in a similar role is required, along with a degree in [relevant field].
