Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive and enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate will analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, and implement strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity. Prepare and maintain periodic budgets and financial forecasts to guide strategic decision-making and ensure fiscal responsibility.

Monthly, conduct an in-depth analysis of the Profit & Loss statements and month-end reports to pinpoint any variances from established business plan objectives, ensuring accurate financial tracking and performance assessment.

Attend management meetings to assess advancements toward fulfilling business plan objectives and collaborate on the creation of the department’s annual business plan.

Operations professionals oversee daily processes to ensure smooth workflows and maximize efficiency. They analyze performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity. Key responsibilities include coordinating team activities, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Develop and maintain the departmental Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual, which outlines performance benchmarks, policies, procedures, and service standards essential for optimizing kitchen operations while ensuring full alignment with the hotel’s established guidelines and municipal regulatory mandates.

Collaborate closely with the Senior Culinary team to drive the creation of innovative menus and product development initiatives, leveraging detailed analysis and precise costing to ensure successful execution.

Responsible for directing the development and execution of impactful food promotions, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives and market demands.

Oversee the organization and cleanliness of departmental areas by performing weekly walkthroughs to ensure compliance with established standards.

To uphold stringent food safety protocols and comply with the hotel’s established standards for food safety and hygiene, including HACCP guidelines, the department must consistently enforce robust management practices.

Oversee food quality and compliance with standards across all Outlets.

All departmental reports, schedules, standard recipes, menus, food presentation photographs, and correspondences must be prepared with precision and submitted promptly.

Assess and analyze evolving consumer preferences and market trends to inform the development of innovative food menus tailored to the needs of hotel guests as well as the broader local community.

Collaborate with managerial teams across various departments to cultivate and sustain productive professional relationships.

Foster relationships with local community members and prospective guests by engaging with them as needed.

Oversee and execute various essential duties as outlined in the position’s scope, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of performance. Additionally, handle a range of tasks critical to operational success, including adherence to established protocols, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and timely completion of assigned projects.

Possess comprehensive expertise in food and beverage services, including their contents, preparation techniques, available outlets, and all hotel services and features.

Implement strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols, specifically HACCP standards, to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with the hotel’s regulatory requirements.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel fire and life safety protocols, as well as emergency response procedures.

Diligently participate in all scheduled briefings, meetings, and training sessions as directed by management to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and foster professional development.

Execute any additional tasks deemed appropriate and assigned by Hotel Management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in full-stack development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential, along with familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions are also necessary. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and knowledge of DevOps practices are highly desirable.
