Evaluate, identify, provide treatment for, and oversee patient care across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and specialized healthcare environments.
Formulate and execute tailored treatment plans in strict adherence to established clinical protocols and evidence-based best practices.
Conduct medical procedures that align with professional standards and individual competency levels.
Engage in ward rounds, conduct clinical audits, review mortality and morbidity data, and contribute to quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Ensure patient records and clinical documentation are maintained with precision and timeliness.
Work collaboratively with consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient management.
Deliver health education and counseling services to patients and their families.

Provide guidance and mentorship to medical students, interns, and other healthcare trainees, facilitating their professional development and training.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of five years of progressive accounting or auditing experience, with at least two years in a senior role. Proficiency in GAAP and strong technical accounting skills essential. Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and advanced Excel capabilities are mandatory. A CPA license or progress toward obtaining one is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment is critical. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments and mentor junior staff are necessary. Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls is a plus.
Holders of a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) degree or its equivalent, conferred by an accredited institution, are eligible to apply.
Licensed and registered by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Holds a current and valid professional license that is actively in practice.
Internship training must be successfully completed as a prerequisite for consideration.
At minimum, candidates with one year or more of post-internship clinical experience in a professional setting will be given preference.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) would be advantageous.
