The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our team by performing various tasks such as answering emails, scheduling meetings, and managing project deadlines. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of reports and presentations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all necessary documents are properly filed and organized. Your role will also involve providing support to our team members by responding to their requests and answering any questions they may have.
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our distribution channel by ensuring efficient onboarding processes, accurate data management, smooth commission processing, adherence to regulatory standards, and prompt resolution of agent queries. Your work in this capacity plays a pivotal role not just in improving operational efficiencies, but also supporting the agency force’s growth and overall performance towards our organizational objectives.
Academic Background & Relevant Qualifications
A baccalaureate in business administration, insurance, finance, or an affiliated domain is desired.
Possession of a professional insurance qualification such as Certificate in Operational Risk Management (COP), Insurance Investment Knowledge (INK), Associate Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (ACID) or an equivalent certification is preferred.
Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, particularly excelling in the application of Excel, along with a comprehensive understanding of insurance and agency management systems.
A minimum of two years’ relevant experience is required in insurance operations, agency management, or financial services.
Having previous experience in assisting agencies or distribution networks would be highly beneficial.
Adeptness in handling tasks pertaining to order fulfillment, information organization, and client relations or support positions is required.
Familiarity with regulatory standards pertaining to the insurance sector is highly desirable.
