The Finance Business Partner delivers strategic value by providing analytical insights, constructive challenge, and actionable decision support. Working in close collaboration with commercial and cross-functional leadership teams, the position shapes strategic plans and forecasts, assesses investment opportunities, and fosters sustainable, profitable growth.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Ensure adherence to company policies, maintain high standards of performance, and facilitate seamless collaboration across departments. Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business growth. Serve as a reliable financial advisor to commercial and cross-functional leadership teams, delivering strategic insights, constructive challenges, and data-driven recommendations to foster sustainable, profitable expansion.

Managed financial performance for designated brands and channels by providing precise analysis of actual results, potential risks and opportunities, as well as future projections.

Partner with Sales to spearhead planning initiatives, establish targets, and develop forecasts—including Latest Estimates—while maintaining clear assumptions and consistent, timely updates on progress.

Manage trade investments and commercial expenditures in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring robust governance and conducting thorough post-evaluation to track progress and outcomes effectively.

Collaborate closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to assess A&P investments by analyzing ROI and effectiveness metrics, ensuring programs achieve optimal outcomes.

Develop comprehensive business cases and profit-and-loss statements for innovation, portfolio, and revenue management initiatives, while also providing critical support for go/no-go decision-making processes and ongoing benefits tracking.

Collaborate with the supply chain team to oversee product and logistics expenditures, track cost of goods sold (COGS), and uncover avenues for improved efficiency and cost reduction.

Prepare management reports and conduct variance analysis against the established plan and budget, while collaborating with finance partners to facilitate the period-end close process.

Provide tailored ad hoc analysis and project support to regional and commercial stakeholders upon request.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in [specific industry/role]. Essential

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with five to seven years of professional experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or finance business partnering, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or other similarly intricate industries.

Proven expertise in technical finance, encompassing accounting standards, performance management, forecasting, ROI assessment, and strategic analysis.

A strategic and analytical professional who excels at offering constructive challenges, distilling complex issues, and engaging senior stakeholders through clear and impactful communication.

Proven ability to thrive in intricate, matrixed, and global organizational structures, demonstrating strong collaboration skills while taking initiative and maintaining effectiveness in autonomous roles within dynamic, high-pace environments.

Proficiency in auditing, internal controls, statutory accounting, and commercial expenditure management is beneficial.
