Job purpose
To prioritize on-site visits to retailers, aiming to enhance brand visibility and improve performance metrics for SIMs and Float, while ensuring optimal visibility and merchandising standards are maintained at point of purchase for SOS and Trash agents.
Oversee core responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance management to drive organizational objectives forward. Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration among departments to achieve company-wide goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and frameworks that enhance efficiency, compliance, and innovation across business units. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and execute corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement through targeted training, mentorship, and leadership development programs. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
Proactively oversee the identification, recruitment, and strategic mapping of Agents, with a primary focus on engaging mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail establishments.
Conduct regular visits to SOS and Agents in accordance with established route plans (beat plans) to ensure compliance with call rate objectives.
We supply all necessary tools for transactions at SSO and agent outlets and conduct training sessions for SOS and Trash Agents on the relevant processes.
Conduct anti-money laundering (AML) training sessions and assessments for agents, with a focus on educating them about AML regulations and Single Source of Origin (SSO) protocols. Additionally, provide specialized instruction on Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as they pertain to the SIM Registration (SIM REG) framework.
Ensure sufficient SIM card availability by overseeing float and stock distribution while strictly enforcing the 1.5x stock rule for agents. Verify that Sales Support Officers (SOS) maintain adequate stock levels of SIMs to facilitate seamless new registrations and activations.
Merchandising involves establishing and upholding merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of merchandising materials at SOS and Agent outlets.
