Role summary
A highly skilled, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing intricate datasets, creating statistical models, deriving actionable insights, and facilitating informed, data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required, with at least five years of professional experience in software development or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with hands-on experience in system architecture, database management, and API integration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are mandatory. Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a closely related field is required. Possession of a Master’s degree is highly advantageous.
With a minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, survey research, and reporting, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of hands-on experience to the role.
Experienced in designing survey sampling frameworks, implementing advanced weighting techniques, and conducting rigorous quantitative research analysis.
A strong command of statistical and analytical tools—including SPSS, STATE, R, Python, and advanced MS Excel—is required.
Proficiency in utilizing data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint (PPT), is necessary.
Proven expertise in research methodologies, questionnaire design, and data quality assurance processes is required.
Proven ability to manage extensive and intricate datasets, converting analytical findings into strategic, data-driven recommendations.
Requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency in problem-solving, and adept critical-thinking capabilities.
Exceptional proficiency in communication, presentation delivery, and report compilation is required.
Must demonstrate proficiency in both autonomous and team-based work within a high-energy setting.
