Role summary
We are in search of a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the management and analysis of intricate datasets, construct statistical models, produce meaningful insights, and facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably supplemented by advanced certifications. The ideal applicant must demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies, data analysis, and strategic planning, along with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities are required to navigate complex challenges and drive organizational success.
A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a closely related discipline is required. Possession of a Master’s degree is highly advantageous.
A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, survey research, and reporting is required.
Proven expertise in designing survey sampling frameworks, implementing weighting methodologies, and conducting quantitative research analysis is required.
Proficiency in statistical and analytical software such as SPSS, STATA, R, Python and advanced MS Excel.
Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint (PPT), is required.
Demonstrates a robust comprehension of research methodologies, questionnaire design, and data quality assurance processes.
Proven ability to manage extensive and intricate datasets while deriving meaningful, actionable insights from the information.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical reasoning, problem resolution, and critical evaluation, ensuring accurate and efficient decision-making in complex scenarios.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with polished presentation and report-writing competencies, are essential.
Proven capability to thrive both autonomously and as part of a team in a high-velocity work setting.
