Proactively oversee the identification, recruitment, and strategic mapping of Agents, with a primary focus on engaging mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
Regularly conduct visits to SOS and Agents by adhering to established route plans (beat plans).
Provide essential transaction tools at SSO and agent outlets while delivering comprehensive training to SOS and Trash Agents on operational procedures.
AML training and instruction encompass educating agents on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols and reinforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOS) for Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, with particular emphasis on SIM registration compliance.
Float and stock management, along with sales oversight, require consistent monitoring to guarantee adherence to the 1.5x stock rule for agents. Additionally, it is essential to verify that Sales Support Officers (SOS) maintain sufficient inventory of SIM cards for seamless new registrations and activations.
Develop and uphold merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of merchandising materials at SOS and Agent outlets.
