Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, along with expertise in data structures and algorithms. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development or a comparable technical role is required. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also necessary.
