Job Summary

This position serves as a liaison between IT and business teams, evaluating processes, identifying requirements, and providing data-driven insights and reports to executives and stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting business analysis, designing system enhancements, and defining specifications based on product modifications or significant business initiatives.

Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical tasks, including leading project implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and timelines. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, supplemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Banking, Strategic Management, or a comparable discipline is required.
