Oversee a comprehensive range of essential duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and performance monitoring, to ensure organizational objectives are consistently met. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and maintain compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement across all departments. Prepare and present detailed reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management to inform data-driven decision-making. Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to uphold corporate reputation and facilitate seamless collaboration. Additionally, mentor and support team members to cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and professional growth.

Proactively promote Sacco products and services to potential members to drive membership growth and engagement.

Identify and onboard prospective members while guiding them seamlessly through the account establishment procedures.

Facilitate the transfer and activation of member deposits while assisting with account funding strategies to enhance financial growth and accessibility.

Explore and develop new business prospects across designated geographical areas.

Develop and nurture meaningful connections with existing members as well as prospective clients to foster long-term engagement and loyalty.

Facilitate informative product demonstrations and deliver comprehensive customer training sessions to enhance understanding and drive engagement.

Proactively engage with leads to transition them into active members, ensuring a seamless conversion process.

Collect and analyze market intelligence to assess customer demands and track competitor actions.

Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Deliver consistent attainment of designated sales and membership expansion goals.

Qualifications

A diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline is required.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline would be considered a valuable asset for this role.

Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and possesses solid general computer skills.

A minimum of six months of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a comparable professional field is required.

Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and build strong interpersonal relationships is required.

Proven capability to execute tasks autonomously and achieve measurable outcomes with limited oversight.

Maintains the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.

Must maintain a polished appearance and strictly comply with the organization’s established dress code and professional conduct guidelines.
