We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Professor to join our academic team, responsible for delivering high-quality education, conducting impactful research, and contributing to the intellectual growth of students. The ideal candidate will possess a terminal degree in their field—typically a Ph.D. or equivalent—along with a strong record of scholarly publications, teaching excellence, and professional experience. Responsibilities include developing and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, mentoring students in research projects, securing external funding, and participating in departmental and university committees. Additionally, the Professor will engage in service to the profession through conference presentations, peer reviews, and editorial work, while fostering an inclusive and collaborative academic environment.

We seek candidates with a minimum of three years of university-level teaching experience in the capacity of Associate Professor.

A minimum of sixty (60) publication points is required for the role of Associate Professor or its equivalent, with at least forty (40) points derived from peer-reviewed scholarly journals.

Managed a team of five or more postgraduate students to successful completion, including at least two doctoral candidates, ensuring their academic and research objectives were met throughout the duration of their programs.
