JOB PURPOSE

The position entails driving the expansion of the independent agents’ insurance portfolio by acquiring new business and maintaining existing relationships in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

A solid background in the field, supported by relevant expertise and hands-on experience, is required for this role. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific concepts, tools, and best practices, along with a proven track record of applying this knowledge in professional settings to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with experience in software development, system design, or data analysis. Familiarity with database management, cloud computing, and agile methodologies is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
