What You’ll Do

Overseeing delivery schedules, interbranch transfers, and asset returns, the role prioritizes efficient and timely distribution while optimizing cost-effectiveness.
Ensuring the efficient management and coordination of corporate taxi services, encompassing Little Cab operations, airport transfers, car hire arrangements, and related vendor payment processing.
Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting daily stock movements, as well as assisting with monthly stocktaking and reconciliation procedures.
Monitoring corporate cab and staff transport utilization, along with facilitating fleet maintenance coordination, swap reconciliations, and vehicle availability tracking, ensures efficient oversight of transportation resources and operational readiness.
Promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or mechanical breakdowns is essential to ensure fleet availability, with follow-up actions conducted as advised to sustain operational continuity.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, Finance, and technical teams to facilitate prompt order fulfillment and promptly notify relevant stakeholders of any delays, damages, or incidents.
Compiling and filing logistics documentation—such as delivery notes, waybills, fuel records, repair documents, and expense substantiation—is a core responsibility of this role.
To guarantee adherence to established transport, fleet, and safety policies, all logistics operations must be meticulously supervised, with strict verification that drivers, riders, and vehicles possess valid licenses, insurance coverage, and all required statutory documentation prior to deployment.
Facilitates incident reporting, audit preparation, and compliance assessments by ensuring records are meticulously maintained and current.
