To cultivate new sales opportunities through existing and prospective customer networks, manage a portfolio of accounts, and ensure all customer needs and requests are addressed promptly, you will respond to inquiries efficiently while striving to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong communication and negotiation abilities, along with a customer-centric approach. Ideally, you will drive business expansion by fostering successful, long-term client relationships.

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY: This role involves overseeing specific projects and ensuring adherence to established guidelines, with the ability to make independent decisions within defined parameters. The position reports to senior management and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities include evaluating team performance, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The individual may also represent the department in high-level discussions and serve as a key decision-maker for operational matters.

The position requires exercising initiative and independent judgment in carrying out assigned responsibilities.

The incumbent will undertake a range of key responsibilities, including but not limited to developing and implementing strategic initiatives, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The position requires adherence to company policies, maintaining high standards of professionalism, and fostering a productive work environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential. Qualifications include a relevant degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in industry-specific tools, and demonstrated leadership in prior roles.

Craft and implement tailored sales strategies aimed at engaging Government Ministries, Agencies, and County Governments.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the public sector.

Forge and nurture robust connections with pivotal decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.

Spearhead the tendering, proposal development, and contract negotiation initiatives to drive successful outcomes.

We aim to expand revenue streams and consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and organizational goals.

Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to develop customized client solutions and maintain outstanding service standards.

Performs additional duties as directed by the General Manager to support operational objectives and maintain organizational efficiency.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Knowledge of database management systems, version control tools, and agile methodologies is highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are also necessary.

Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
