The recruitment and onboarding process involves attracting, selecting, and integrating new employees into the organization to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with company goals. This includes developing job postings, conducting interviews, and extending job offers, as well as coordinating orientation sessions, verifying documentation, and facilitating introductions to teams and company policies for newly hired staff.

We are responsible for managing recruitment, interview, and selection processes.

Draft employment contracts and maintain comprehensive employee records and documentation.

Responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive staff induction and onboarding programs to facilitate the seamless integration of new employees into the organization.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities include addressing and resolving employee grievances, as well as managing disciplinary actions when necessary. This role requires assessing situations, investigating concerns, and implementing appropriate measures to ensure fair and consistent outcomes while upholding company policies and employment regulations.

Guarantee adherence to organizational policies and relevant labor legislation.

Foster a culture of employee engagement while advancing welfare programs to enhance overall satisfaction and well-being.

Facilitate conflict resolution and foster workplace harmony through proactive mediation and collaborative problem-solving strategies.

Accumulate and process payroll data such as attendance records, overtime hours, leave balances, and applicable deductions.

Accurately maintain payroll documentation and employee records to ensure compliance and integrity of data.

Conduct evaluations of employee performance in accordance with established appraisal schedules.

Track and evaluate employee productivity levels and attendance patterns to ensure optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards.

Develop and execute performance improvement plans as needed to address and enhance employee productivity and effectiveness.

Conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine the specific training requirements for staff members.

Facilitate the development and delivery of both internal and external training initiatives to ensure comprehensive skill enhancement and knowledge dissemination across the organization.

Deliver introductory and periodic training sessions to ensure participants are well-informed and up-to-date.

Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Ensure team members maintain impeccable grooming and hygiene while strictly complying with organizational standards.

Assign responsibilities and ensure the timely and accurate completion of all designated tasks.

Facilitate thorough and accurate shift handovers to maintain seamless operational continuity and ensure all critical information is transferred without omission.

Ensure the maintenance of high service standards and consistently evaluate customer satisfaction levels to identify areas for enhancement.

During periods of high operational activity, provide assistance to various departments to ensure seamless workflow and maintain productivity levels.

Verify adherence to established operational procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.

Perform regular workplace assessments to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Ensure strict compliance with established health and safety regulations and protocols at all times.

Analyze operational challenges and propose appropriate corrective measures.

Compile weekly and monthly reports focusing on human resources and operational activities.

Compile records of absenteeism, disciplinary actions, staff turnover, and operational incidents for reporting purposes.

Accurate record-keeping is essential for ensuring comprehensive management review processes.
