What You’ll Do
Coordinating the seamless transfer of vehicles and mobility assets between original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), warehouses, dealers, and retail outlets—handling number plate transfers and ensuring accurate reconciliations—is a key responsibility of this role.
Delivering shipments according to established schedules, coordinating interbranch transfers, and managing asset returns while prioritizing punctual and cost-effective distribution.
Offering strategic supervision and seamless coordination of corporate taxi services, such as Little Cab, airport transfers, car hire arrangements, and related vendor payments, ensures efficient and reliable transportation solutions for the organization.
Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting daily stock transactions, as well as assisting with the monthly stock verification and reconciliation procedures.
Monitoring corporate cab and staff transport usage, while providing assistance with fleet maintenance coordination, swap reconciliations, and tracking vehicle availability.
Promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or equipment breakdowns and ensuring follow-up actions are conducted as directed are essential to preserving fleet operational readiness.
Collaborating with Sales, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, Finance, and technical teams is essential to guarantee prompt order fulfillment and promptly notify relevant stakeholders of any delays, damages, or incidents.
Compiling and filing logistics documentation, such as delivery notes, waybills, fuel records, repair documents, and expense support materials, ensures accurate and timely submission of essential records.
Ensuring strict adherence to approved transport, fleet, and safety policies throughout all logistics operations, this role involves meticulously verifying that drivers, riders, and vehicles possess valid licenses, insurance coverage, and all required statutory documentation prior to deployment.
Supporting incident reporting, audits, and compliance reviews, the role involves ensuring meticulous maintenance of accurate, current records. This includes systematically updating documentation to reflect the latest developments and adhering to established protocols throughout all processes.

With a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in logistics, distribution, or transport operations, you have developed a strong foundation in managing end-to-end supply chain processes. Your background includes coordinating shipments, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while adhering to regulatory and safety standards. This experience has equipped you with the ability to analyze operational challenges and implement efficient solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to generate and analyze reports are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail in maintaining precise documentation.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly within a team, while adeptly balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Capable of adapting to varied schedules, including weekends and extended hours as required to meet operational demands.
