JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate will drive the expansion of the independent agents’ insurance portfolio by acquiring new business and maintaining existing relationships in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation of knowledge and hands-on experience relevant to the role’s demands, having successfully applied these in prior professional settings. A proven track record of navigating similar challenges and delivering measurable results will be essential, as will a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Seeking a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
