KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
To oversee project progression effectively, develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule, meticulously track milestones, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to the approved budget.
Oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle for onboarding external suppliers, encompassing the development of Bills of Quantities (Boys), preparation of tender documentation, bid analysis, and evaluation.
Evaluate finished projects and generate valuations to ensure prompt processing of supplier payments.
Attend on-site meetings and inspections, assess areas needing attention or modifications, and compile reports to inform project management decisions.
Project information must be communicated and shared with the project team in a clear and timely manner to facilitate well-informed decision-making processes.
Perform routine evaluations of CICAM facilities to identify sections in need of repairs and maintenance and provide appropriate recommendations.
Ensure all required statutory and regulatory compliance documentation for projects is duly secured and meticulously maintained throughout their duration.
Design and sustain a streamlined record-keeping framework—encompassing both digital and physical formats—to facilitate effortless data retrieval and safeguard institutional knowledge.
Ensure that all project execution and management activities comply rigorously with ISO standards as well as other widely recognized industry benchmarks.
Assist with any additional tasks or responsibilities as determined by management from time to time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and API development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Earned a bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management or Building Technology from an accredited, well-regarded university.
With at least five years of hands-on experience in the construction sector following graduation, you must demonstrate a strong background in Contract Management along with expertise in cost estimation.
Experience with initiating, overseeing, and implementing new projects, as well as executing alterations, modifications, and renovations, is a fundamental requirement.
Technology proficient, with expertise in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, alongside robust analytical abilities and strong report writing capabilities.
Skilled in utilizing AutoCAD and Archibald with expertise in their respective functionalities.
A background in operating motor vehicles would be considered beneficial.
