Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, as is experience with web development frameworks and databases. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also necessary to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Facilitate collaboration across departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity, while maintaining a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. Monitor progress against established benchmarks, providing timely updates and actionable insights to stakeholders. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and sustainability within the team or organization. We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial talent identification to final onboarding. The role requires expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and seamless hiring process management. Responsibilities include developing recruitment plans, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices are essential. Experience with applicant tracking systems and a track record of successful placements are highly preferred.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases is essential to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data integrity. This role involves systematically organizing, updating, and safeguarding sensitive personnel information while adhering to confidentiality standards. Additionally, it requires verifying data accuracy, processing routine HR documentation, and supporting HR operations with reliable and accessible records.

Oversee the operational efficiency of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, payroll processing, and compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations. Implement system enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide training to HR staff and end-users on software functionalities. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate HRMS with other enterprise systems and optimize workflow automation. Monitor system performance, generate reports for leadership, and recommend improvements to enhance data integrity and user experience. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information while adhering to data protection standards.

Facilitate and coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance team cohesion.
