In pursuit of excellence, they seek a Pharmaceutical Technologist specializing in warehousing to enhance their dynamic team.

The Supply Chain Intern will collaborate closely with members of our supply chain team to assist with diverse functions, playing a pivotal role in enhancing both the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities encompassing key operational tasks, strategic initiatives, and collaborative projects within the organization. Serve as a pivotal contributor to team objectives, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and fostering an environment of productivity and innovation. Manage and prioritize multiple assignments with precision, demonstrating strong organizational skills and adaptability to dynamic workplace demands. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination across departments to enhance efficiency and drive project success. Uphold rigorous standards of quality and compliance while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Regularly assess performance metrics and workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement and implement targeted solutions. Cultivate a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence to support the organization’s mission and long-term objectives.

Support the procurement activities by identifying suitable suppliers, soliciting and comparing quotes, and preparing and distributing purchase orders.

Oversee inventory management processes, encompassing stock monitoring, replenishment efforts, and verification of inventory accuracy.

Collaborate on evaluating demand projections and current inventory data to enhance inventory replenishment strategies and reduce the likelihood of stock-outs.

Work collaboratively with logistics partners to guarantee the punctual delivery of goods and materials, ensuring alignment with both production schedules and customer expectations.

Assist with the oversight of shipment tracking and monitoring activities by maintaining accurate updates on shipment statuses and addressing any transportation-related challenges or delays that may arise.

Contribute to the precise management of records and documentation associated with procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.

Contribute to supply chain enhancement initiatives by collaborating on projects designed to simplify operations and boost productivity.

Provide analytical support for data-driven evaluations and reporting initiatives, generating insights on supply chain efficiency and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.

Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews in collaboration with the team to verify adherence to established quality standards and service level agreements.

Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the supply chain team by managing data entry tasks, organizing and maintaining files, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related industry. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additionally, familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is required, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Holds a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology as the educational foundation.
