Operation

The manual should comprehensively outline performance benchmarks, operational policies, procedures, and service standards to support the efficient management and functionality of the kitchen.

Collaborate closely with the Senior Culinary team to spearhead the creation of innovative menus and drive product development, ensuring each initiative is backed by thorough analysis and precise costing.

Responsible for directing the development and execution of impactful food promotion strategies.

Conduct weekly walk-throughs to maintain organization and cleanliness throughout departmental areas.

To uphold stringent food safety protocols and hygiene standards in accordance with the hotel’s HACCP guidelines, this role requires diligent adherence to all departmental food safety management protocols.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with food standards across all Outlets, this role involves conducting regular inspections to verify adherence to health and safety regulations.

Ensure all departmental reports, schedules, standard recipes, menus, food presentation photographs, and correspondence are prepared with precision and completed promptly.

Analyze market demands and evolving food menu preferences to cater to both hotel guests and the local community.

Collaborate with management across various departments within your scope of responsibility to cultivate and sustain productive professional relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset are necessary to thrive in this role.
