This position encompasses the installation, rigorous testing, commissioning, and meticulous quality assurance of domestic water systems, drainage networks, firefighting infrastructure, irrigation setups, swimming pool facilities, and specialized plumbing applications.

Read and analyze architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings to extract key details and ensure accurate interpretation of design specifications.
Proficiently installs comprehensive plumbing systems, including hot and cold water supply lines, drainage networks, soil, waste, and vent piping to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Proficiently assemble and integrate sanitary fixtures, pumps, tanks, filtration units, and booster systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with established standards.
Carry out comprehensive underground drainage systems and specialized plumbing installations with precision and expertise.
Professionally trained to install irrigation systems, wet risers, sprinkler systems, jacuzzi units, and piping for swimming pools.
Perform pressure testing, drainage evaluations, and system commissioning to verify operational integrity and compliance with specifications.
Maintain adherence to British Standards, local regulatory requirements, and OSHA safety standards to ensure full compliance.
Requirements
Accomplished Red Seal certified plumbers possess a valid Red Seal endorsement, demonstrating their proficiency in the plumbing trade through standardized certification. Candidates must meet the rigorous requirements set by the Interprovincial Standards Red Seal Program, including successful completion of an apprenticeship and passing the Red Seal examination. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and troubleshooting complex issues in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Strong problem-solving abilities, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential for success in this role.
With a minimum of five years of specialized experience in high-rise or commercial construction environments, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in the industry.
With expertise in the planning and integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as a deep understanding of plumbing system design and implementation, the ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in coordinating complex MEP infrastructure.
