The position involves overseeing and organizing attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and management of staff schedules. Responsibilities include coordinating attendance policies, monitoring employee punctuality, and addressing any discrepancies as needed.
Establish and enforce rigorous quality control protocols to verify that all sorted materials adhere to both organizational and regulatory requirements.
Maintain strict compliance with all safety protocols and established standard operating procedures to mitigate workplace hazards and ensure operational integrity.
Monitor and enhance sorting operations to achieve optimal efficiency while minimizing interruptions in workflow.
Responsibilities include organizing forklift schedules and managing their deployment to ensure efficient support for recycling operations.
Ensure precise documentation of sorted materials, equipment utilization, and staff productivity metrics.
Ensure strict adherence to established health and safety protocols to foster and sustain a secure working environment.
Compile and transmit weekly reports that outline performance and other key objective and key result (OKR) metrics for review.
Submit petty cash requests and ensure timely follow-up regarding approval and payment status.
Oversee inventory levels of materials while collaborating with the logistics team to ensure efficient removal and transportation.
Perform routine assessments and evaluations of machinery to ensure operational integrity and compliance with established standards.
Compile and submit periodic reports detailing plant operations, focusing on key performance indicators such as productivity, efficiency, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (ONE) metrics.
Design and deploy process control systems to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to established standards.
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and install new equipment.
