Our client, a premier telecommunications provider, is in search of a Sectional IP Network Engineer to join their team.

Additionally, the role will involve executing Feasibility & Implementation assessments, as well as handling billing-related disconnections and reconnections of ISDN and PSTN circuits at the MAN level.

Ensure consistent MAN availability by proactively maintaining the power supply of the nodes.

Responsible for promptly addressing and resolving MAN and Switch power-related faults to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The role involves providing regular progress reports throughout the restoration process to keep the customer fully informed.

Perform feasibility analyses, implement ISDN and PSTN circuits, and manage their disconnection and reconnection as required.

The position requires the development and maintenance of comprehensive customer setup documentation. This involves creating, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of all materials that guide clients through the implementation and onboarding processes. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and clear, concise communication to support customer success and streamline operational efficiency.

Ensure a secure work environment by adhering to HSE protocols, established engineering standards, established procedures, and applicable legal regulations.

Disconnected lines must be reconnected within two hours in 80% of instances following payment confirmation.

Customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance requires 80% of assigned provisioning and cessation cases to be resolved within a 24-hour timeframe.

Resolving 80% of reported faults within a four-hour timeframe is a critical requirement. All identified issues must be addressed promptly to minimize operational disruptions and maintain service reliability.

Conduct quarterly routine maintenance on all MAN nodes, assess power autonomy status, and deliver tailored recommendations for each node.

Ensure all allocated Feasibility tickets are addressed and resolved within a 24-hour timeframe.
