This position is dedicated to enhancing internal controls, elevating compliance standards, and facilitating audit and risk management initiatives.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
Candidates holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from Kenya (CPA(K)), an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ARCA) qualification, or a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) credential—or an equivalent professional certification—will be viewed favorably.
A minimum of three years of professional experience in either internal or external audit is required.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in analytical thinking and the ability to generate comprehensive reports.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to ethical standards and precision in all aspects of work. Requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in tasks and deliverables.
Proven ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across diverse levels, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and mutual understanding to drive project success and foster strong professional relationships.
