Must have:

Pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the chosen field of expertise from an accredited higher education institution.

Key responsibilities also encompass overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Academic & Research Affairs, this position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the effective management of academic and research initiatives within the department. The role involves collaborating closely with senior leadership to align strategic objectives, facilitate program development, and maintain compliance with institutional policies and external regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with budget tracking and resource allocation to support the Deputy Director’s responsibilities and broader departmental goals.

Perform various duties and responsibilities encompassing key operational tasks, including but not limited to process management, system monitoring, and compliance enforcement. Ensure adherence to established protocols and regulatory standards while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate cross-functionally to support team objectives, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic enhancements. Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, summarizing performance metrics, progress updates, and actionable insights. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team.

Assist in the creation, evaluation, and refinement of educational curricula to ensure alignment with academic standards and learning objectives.

Develop a structured course outline to facilitate the thorough and efficient delivery of the syllabus content.

To create comprehensive learning materials that fully address all topics specified in the course curriculum.

Instruct students enrolled in undergraduate programs as well as those pursuing diploma and certificate courses.

Conduct and oversee examinations to assess students’ comprehension of course material, ensuring academic integrity throughout the process, and submit detailed progress reports to the Department.

Oversee student projects and participate in defense meetings to ensure their successful completion of studies.

Conduct research, develop and publish findings, and engage in conferences to share generated knowledge.

Secure external funding opportunities to bolster the University’s research capabilities and financial resources.

Conduct field studies and evaluate students’ performance during practical attachments, field trips, and internships.

Engage in various University-sanctioned meetings and events as part of official duties.

Ensure compliance with attendance policies by verifying that students have attended at least 80% of their lectures prior to examination eligibility, as recorded in class attendance sheets.

Perform a range of administrative tasks and other assigned responsibilities as needed to support ongoing operations and meet departmental objectives.
