Senior Product Managers at this tier function as primary “Owners,” demonstrating advanced expertise in their domain. They oversee the success of designated personas and are tasked with managing relationships across up to three countries or global divisions. Operating with autonomy, they drive initiatives forward, proactively identifying unique customer requirements and translating strategic vision into actionable outcomes.

Oversee a range of critical tasks including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, management of cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Conduct regular evaluations of team performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor staff to foster professional growth. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape business strategies and drive operational excellence. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Discovery & User Insight: Spearheads the exploration of assigned user personas to uncover key insights. Pinpoints edge cases and refines ambiguous user challenges into precise technical specifications and actionable tickets.

Strategy & Business Value (SRO): Demonstrates a strong grasp of Business Value Metrics (BVMs) and independently computes Social Return on Investment (SRO) for assigned features. Provides clear, data-backed rationale for feature development priorities.

Data fluency is demonstrated by establishing clear success metrics, including KPIs, for product features. Performance issues are diagnosed through data analysis, and user funnels are optimized based on these insights.

Validation & Prototyping: The role involves employing suitable prototyping techniques, such as Figma or paper prototypes, to assess solution viability. Features are carefully delineated to align with MVP requirements, ensuring resource efficiency and fostering rapid learning.

Partners collaboratively with Engineering to synchronize feature scope with available capacity. Dependencies with external teams are managed proactively to mitigate potential blockers and uphold schedule adherence.

Maintains a thorough grasp of the relevant technical stack for assigned features. Proactively evaluates and constructively questions engineering estimates and complexity evaluations to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Proficient in utilizing Dragon Boat+Jira to optimize workflows, this role demonstrates advanced expertise as a Power User. By configuring custom dashboards and boards, the position enhances operational efficiency and oversees intricate backlog management.
