To devise and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at boosting revenue across food, beverage, events, and conference categories.

Foster corporate alliances and secure group reservations while executing strategic promotional initiatives to enhance revenue.

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various social media platforms and other online channels.

Identify and pursue new business prospects while nurturing and strengthening ties with current clients.

To effectively market and promote the organization’s conference facilities and event spaces, candidates will leverage strategic initiatives to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.

Devise and execute engaging events—such as innovative themed nights, corporate functions, and social gatherings—designed to drive customer traffic and boost revenue.

Analyze market trends and assess competitor actions to uncover potential business opportunities.

Prepare detailed sales reports and monitor performance to ensure alignment with established targets.

Demonstrate professionalism on behalf of the organization at networking events and during business development initiatives.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in the specified field, along with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline. Strong proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects is highly desirable, as is a proven ability to deliver measurable results. Familiarity with current industry trends and best practices, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning, will be key to success in this role.

The preferred applicant must demonstrate the following:

Must hold a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or an equivalent qualification within a related discipline.

Seeking candidates with at least three years of demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing, supported by a strong and verifiable performance history.

Proficient in digital marketing and social media marketing strategies with a deep understanding of their applications.

Previous experience in a hospitality setting is required.

Exhibit exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and cultivating long-term professional relationships.

Able to work autonomously and deliver results consistently while meeting sales targets and adhering to a performance-based contract.

You should demonstrate creativity and innovation while possessing the ability to secure events and functions that drive business growth for the establishment and its conference facilities.

We offer a competitive compensation package and performance-based incentives to attract and retain top talent.

The monthly base compensation amounts to KES 60,000.

Food Sales Commission: A 10% commission is earned monthly on all food sales generated.

Earn a 5% commission on meetings and conference sales, calculated upon surpassing the monthly sales target of KES 2.8 million.
