Overview:
The Associate Manager, Production will oversee the execution of production plans and programs while ensuring rigorous quality control measures are in place to meet market demand in alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance organizational performance and sustainability. Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives, fostering collaboration and accountability. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Manage production planning to optimize the use of plant resources and consistently meet production targets.
The factory’s labor, plant, and equipment resources are annually, monthly, and weekly planned in alignment with sales forecasts.
Oversee and enhance production operations to consistently meet or exceed all established production goals.
Developing and executing additional production strategies, plans, and control systems as required.
Responsible for optimizing the utilization of machinery, materials, and personnel to maximize cost efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards across the facility, in accordance with organizational SHE policies, the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHMS), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements, and applicable local regulations.
Ensuring adherence to mandated quality benchmarks within the production facility, in full compliance with the organization’s Quality Management System standards, ISO 9001 specifications, and relevant local regulatory mandates, remains a critical responsibility.
Demonstrating strong leadership and managerial skills, the role involves inspiring, guiding, coaching, and overseeing the performance of production team leaders to ensure operational excellence and team productivity.
Revise critical performance indicators to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly metric evaluations, and deliver findings to the site leadership team.
To collaborate effectively with Engineering, Purchasing, and Planning, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, HR, and other relevant departments, ensuring alignment with and achievement of departmental objectives.
Establishing and achieving discretionary objectives, which encompass medium-term subprojects mutually agreed upon with the Plant Manager, forms an integral component of the cost reduction initiatives.
