KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Maintain a meticulous schedule for active projects, providing close oversight and tracking of progress to guarantee punctual completion while adhering to the approved financial constraints.
Oversee the end-to-end sourcing process for external supplier onboarding, which entails drafting Bills of Quantities (Boys), compiling tender documentation, conducting bid analyses, and performing comprehensive evaluations.
Evaluate final deliverables and generate appraisals to ensure prompt completion of supplier remuneration.
You will participate in site meetings and inspections, assess potential concerns or necessary modifications, and compile comprehensive reports to inform and support project management decisions.
Facilitate the seamless flow of project information to the project team, ensuring they receive timely and accurate updates to enable well-informed decision-making processes.
Perform routine assessments of CICAM facilities to identify sections in need of repairs and maintenance and provide actionable recommendations accordingly.
Secure and maintain all necessary statutory and regulatory compliance documents required for projects in adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Design and sustain a streamlined record-keeping framework—comprising both digital and physical systems—to facilitate seamless access to information and safeguard institutional knowledge.
Ensure all project execution and management activities strictly comply with ISO standards and other widely accepted industry regulations.
Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management on an ongoing basis.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, equipped with strong project management skills and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. The ideal applicant must demonstrate excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, and possess a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful project completion. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is necessary, along with the capacity to adapt to evolving industry standards and technological advancements. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Building Technology from an accredited and well-regarded university is required.
With a minimum of five years of post-graduate experience in the construction sector, you have cultivated a strong expertise in Contract Management and cost estimation.
Essential is prior experience in overseeing new projects, implementing alterations, executing modifications, and conducting renovations.
Highly skilled in leveraging technology, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, coupled with exceptional analytical capabilities and report writing expertise.
Skilled in utilizing AutoCAD and Archibald with a strong command of their tools and functionalities.
Proficiency in operating vehicles will be considered a beneficial asset.
