RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE OVERSEEING DAILY OPERATIONS, MANAGING A TEAM OF 15 EMPLOYEES, AND ENSURING ALL PROJECTS ADHERE TO DEADLINES AND BUDGETS. ADDITIONALLY, THIS ROLE DEMANDS EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO COLLABORATE EFFECTIVELY WITH STAKEHOLDERS AND CLIENTS, AS WELL AS STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES TO ADDRESS EMERGING CHALLENGES. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AT LEAST FIVE YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE, A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN A RELATED FIELD, AND PROFICIENCY IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE. CANDIDATES SHOULD ALSO DEMONSTRATE LEADERSHIP QUALITIES TO MOTIVATE AND GUIDE THEIR TEAM, ALONG WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY RESULTS UNDER PRESSURE.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required for this position.
A CPA, ARCA, or CIA qualification would be advantageous.
Requires a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in internal audit, internal controls, or risk management.
Candidates with a proven background in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) will be given strong consideration for this role.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to analyze data, conduct thorough investigations, and prepare detailed reports.
High ethical standards, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure settings define this role.
